涂料喷涂工艺在气缸体覆砂铁型生产中的应用

摘要 介绍了覆砂铁型工艺生产灰铸铁缸体类铸件的优势及存在的粘砂、烧结问题,从涂料的选择、参数优化、喷涂设备改造等方面进行了大量试验,得出防粘砂效果较好的涂料及控制参数,并用于某4缸气缸体的生产中,取得了良好的效果,解决了铸件表面粘砂、烧结缺陷,得出以下结论:通过涂料选型、参数优化及设备改造,实现了覆砂铁型铸造灰铸铁气缸体的涂料机械化喷涂,大幅度提升了生产效率,同时解决了采用覆砂铁型铸造灰铸铁箱体类铸件时覆砂铁型涂料要达到抗粘砂效果的问题。 The advantages and existing problems of sand-coated iron mold for gray iron cylinder block castings production were introduced.A large number of experiments were carried out from the choice of coatings,parameter optimization,spraying equipment transformation.The coating and control parameters with better anti-sticking sand effect were concluded and used in the production of a 4-cylinder cylinder block.Good results were achieved,and the defects of sand sticking and sintering on the surface of castings were solved.The following conclusions were drawn:through coating selection,parameter optimization and equipment transformation,it had realized the mechanized coating spraying of the sand-coated iron mold for casting gray iron cylinder block,which greatly improved the production efficiency.At the same time,it had solved the problem that the sand-coated iron mold coating for cylinder block must achieve the resistance to sticky sand.
