介绍了灰铸铁缸体铸件的结构及生产中出现的各类铸造缺陷,详细阐述了各类缺陷的产生位置及原因,并对各类缺陷采取了相应的防止措施,有效地解决了铸件缺陷问题,得出以下结论:(1)使用暗出气针和溢流冒口可有效解决气孔和重皮等缺陷;(2)彻底清除型腔内散砂粒(块),确保涂料均匀涂刷和烘干,使用压铁时确保压铁表面平整无杂物,有助于防止砂眼缺陷;(3)其他类缺陷可根据生产现场具体情况,确定改进方向,采取相应的措施来减少废品。
The casting structure of gray iron cylinder block and various casting defects occurring in production were introduced.A detail description was given to the locations and reasons of various defects,and corresponding measures had been taken to prevent various defects thereby the casting defects problems had been effectively solved.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Defects such as blowhole and double skin could be effectively solved by using blind venting pins and overflow risers.(2)Thoroughly clean sand particles(blocks),ensure uniform coating and drying,when using weights to prevent mold raising,make sure their surface were flat and free of debris that helped to avoid sand inclusion defects.(3)Other kinds of defects could be prevented by deciding improving direction according to the specific conditions of the production site and taking appropriate measures to reduce waste products.
