某特殊牌号风电轮毂铸件的工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了原工艺生产某特殊牌号大型风电轮毂铸件出现的材质合格率低、金相组织中出现大石墨球及碎块状石墨等现象。分析了原材料中化学成分对金相组织和冲击韧性的影响,采取了以下措施:(1)采用高纯生铁,改用低Mn碳素废钢;(2)将CE控制在略大于4.3%,w(C)量控制在3.8%~3.9%,w(Si终)量控制在1.95%~2.05%;(3)采用低RE球化剂,添加0.004%~0.006%的纯Sb。生产结果显示,消除了初析大石墨球和碎块状石墨等不良组织,材料的金相组织和力学性能均符合技术要求。 It was introduced that when using original melting process to produce a special iron grade wind power wheel hub casting,the material quality pass rate was low,big graphite nodules and chunky graphite occurred.The influence of raw material chemical composition on metallurgical structure and impact toughness was analyzed.The following measures were taken:(1)Using high purity pig iron and low Mn carbon steel scrap.(2)Controlling CE at a little higher than 4.3%,controlling C content at 3.8%~3.9%,controlling final Si content at 1.95%~2.05%.(3)Using low RE nodularizing alloy,adding 0.004%~0.006%pure Sb.The production result showed:the harmful structure of primary big graphite nodules,chunky graphite had been eliminated,both the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of the material met technical requirements.
