摘要
分析了造型材料、型砂性能、砂处理系统及生产过程控制等方面对铸件质量的影响,提出了相应的质量控制措施并用于生产,得出以下结论:(1)根据DISA 2070大垂直造型线特点,控制型砂性能(湿拉强度、有效膨润土含量等)、原辅材料(膨润土、水质等)技术参数,是保证铸件质量的前提条件;(2)合理设计浇、冒口系统,采用减压或混合式浇注系统并对铸件的生产过程进行严格控制,可以有效地解决大垂直线出现的漏铁、冲砂、夹砂、缩孔及缩松等缺陷;(3)稳定大型垂直分型造型线的生产,必须综合治理,使铸造过程受控,确保铸件的质量满足客户要求。
The influences of the molding materials,molding sand properties,sand treating system,as well as the production process control.On casting quality were analyzed,corresponding quality control measures were proposed and adopted in production,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)According to the characteristics of DISA 2070 large vertically parting molding line,controlling molding sand properties technical parameters(green tensile strength,effective betonite content),raw and auxiliary materials(betonite,water)was the preconditions to ensure casting quality.(2)Rational designing gating system and risers,using pressure-reducing or mixture gating system and conducting production process control of the casting could effectively eliminate the defects such as iron leakage,sand wash,scab,shrinkage cavity and porosity occurring with the large vertically parting molding line.(3)In order to stabilize the production of the large vertically parting molding line,it was necessary to comprehensively control to make the casting process to be controlled to ensure the casting quality meeting client's requirements.
