摘要
在搅拌桨的作用下,发酵罐内的气体分散流动,发酵液和氧气充分接触,提高了氧气在发酵液中的溶解速率。通过数值模拟分析了机械搅拌通风发酵罐中的气液两相流,得到了发酵罐中气含率,气泡以及流场的详细分布情况。结果表明,发酵罐内部气液两相分布达到稳定后,整体气含率达到2.2%。
Under the action of the agitator,the gas in the fermentation tank dispersed and flowed,and the fermentation broth was in full contact with oxygen,which increased the oxygen dissolution rate in the fermentation broth.The gas-liquid two-phase flow in the mechanically agitated and ventilated fermentation tank was analyzed by numerical simulation,and the detailed distribution of the gas holdup,bubbles and flow field in the fermentation tank was obtained.The results showed that after the gas-liquid two-phase distribution inside the fermenter was stable,the overall gas holdup rate reached 2.2%.
