摘要
耳式支座是立式容器常用的结构,通常安装在混凝土或钢结构平台上。但有些小型装置中没有建造这样的平台,必须采用其他的安装方式。由于实际安装场地受到限制,因此采用了标准规格钢管作为支撑杆。按照支座所受载荷的情况,对支撑杆分别按材料力学的欧拉公式和钢结构标准进行了设计,实践表明,该方法具有较好的实用性。
Ear support was a commonly used structure for vertical vessels,usually installed on a concrete or steel structure platform.However,some small devices had not built such a platform,and other installation methods must be adopted.As the actual installation site was restricted,standard steel pipes were used as support rods.According to the load on the support,the support rod was designed according to the Euler formula of material mechanics and the steel structure standard.The practice showed that the method was practical.
