摘要
采用环氧树脂、玻璃砂、荧光粉制备出发光透水混凝土,研究了环氧树脂用量、玻璃砂尺寸对透水混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:随着环氧树脂用量增加,玻璃-环氧树脂透水混凝土密度和抗压强度增加,透水系数降低;相同环氧树脂用量时,4~8 mm的玻璃砂制备的透水混凝土透水性能、抗压强度较好。荧光粉用量为5%(质量分数)的发光透水混凝土强度为31.7 MPa,透水系数4.28 mm/s,连续孔隙率13.5%,符合透水路面材料要求,在夜晚有明显的发光效果。
Luminescent pervious concrete was prepared by epoxy resin,glass sand and fluorescent powder.The influence of the amount of epoxy resin and the size of glass sand on the performance of pervious concrete was studied.The results show that,with the increase of the amount of epoxy resin,the density and compressive strength of glass epoxy resin pervious concrete increase,while the pervious coefficient decreases.With the same amount of epoxy resin,the pervious concrete with 4-8 mm glass sand has the best water permeability and compressive strength.The luminous pervious concrete with 5%fluorescent powder,which has a strength of 31.7 MPa,a pervious coefficient of 4.28 mm/s and a continuous porosity of 13.5%,has obvious luminous effect at night,and meets the requirements of pervious pavement materials.
