有窗式鸡舍内粉尘浓度及其它环境卫生指标的日变化分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究有窗式鸡舍内空气环境卫生指标的日变化,试验测定和分析了不同方位与不同时间的粉尘浓度、氨气、温湿度、光照等环境卫生指标变化及粉尘与其它环境指标的相关性。结果表明:试验鸡舍一天温度在17.68~21.2℃之间,在16:00达最高;相对湿度65%~80.93%,8:00最高,14:00最低;光照强度在158.19~442.19 lx范围内变化,12:00达最高;噪音51.03~68.53 dB,8:00最高;氨气浓度0.39~0.71 mg/m 3,在12:00达最高;粉尘浓度在0.16~0.46 mg/m 3内变化,也在12:00达最高。温度、相对湿度、噪音、氨气浓度等在不同时间点间存在显著差异(P<0.05),而粉尘浓度、光照强度等在不同时间点间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。此外,各环境指标在不同方位间没有显著差异(P>0.05),粉尘浓度与其它环境指标无显著的相关性(P>0.05)。综上所述,有窗式鸡舍的粉尘浓度以及温湿度、噪音、氨气等日变化都较明显,而且日间的光照强度皆较大,生产中应采取相应措施以调控鸡舍养殖环境。 This experiment analyzed the daily variation of dust concentration and environmental hygiene indexes.The variation of dust concentration,ammonia concentration,temperature,relative humidity and intensity of illumination in different places and at different time were measured and analyzed,including correlation between dust concentration and other environmental hygiene indexes.The results showed that the daily temperature of the henhouse was between 17.68℃and 21.2℃,the highest was at 16:00;the relative humidity was between 65%and 80.93%,the highest was at 8:00 and the lowest was at 14:00;the intensity of illumination varied from 158.19 to 442.19 lx,the highest was at 12:00;the noise was between 51.03 and 68.53 dB,the highest was at 8:00;and the ammonia concentration was between 0.39 and 0.71 mg/m 3,the highest at 12:00.The dust concentration changed from 0.16 to 0.46 mg/m 3,and reached the highest at 12:00.Temperature,relative humidity,noise and ammonia concentration were significantly different at different time(P<0.05),while dust concentration and light intensity were not significantly different with time(P>0.05).In addition,each environmental hygiene index was not significantly different at different orientations(P>0.05),so was the correlation between dust concentration and other environmental hygiene index(P>0.05).To sum up,the daily variation of dust concentration,including temperature,relative humidity,noise and ammonia concentration in windowed henhouse is more obvious,and the daytime light intensity is high all the time,so corresponding measures should be taken to control the henhouse breeding environment in production.
