植物单宁在畜牧生产中的应用

Application of Vegetable Tannin in Animal Husbandry Production

植物单宁广泛存在于植物性饲料原料中,常被列为抗营养因子,然而近年来的研究表明,畜禽饲粮中添加一定量的单宁,能降低仔猪腹泻率,提升肉仔鸡品质,保护反刍动物过瘤胃蛋白,改善动物肉乳品质。该文主要综述了植物单宁的生物活性特点及其在单胃动物和反刍动物生产中的应用效果,旨在为深入研究植物单宁在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。

Vegetable tannins are widely distributed in plant feed materials,which are often listed as anti-nutritional factors.However,recent studies have shown that adding a certain amount of tannins in livestock and poultry diets can reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets,improve the quality of broilers,protect rumen bypass protein of ruminants and improve the quality of meat and milk.In this paper,the biological activity characteristics of plant tannins and their application results in monogastric animals and ruminants were summarized,aiming to provide reference for further study on the application of plant tannins in livestock and poultry production.
