草业科学专业课程建设及人才培养模式初探

The Undergraduate Course Construction and Training Mode of Innovative Talents of Grassland Science Major

为适应当今社会对草业科学专业人才的需要,文章通过分析近5年西北农林科技大学草业科学本科生的就业去向及课程开设情况,结合社会需求调查,从准确定位人才培养目标、深化人才分类培养体系、完善理论课程和实践教学体系和培养学生实践与创新能力几方面进行了改革,对草业科学本科课程建设和人才培养模式进行了探索。

To meet the need of modern society for talents of grassland science major.the paper discussed the undergraduate curriculum construction and talent cultivation mode of grassland science.The paper analyzed the status of course setting and the whereabouts of graduates from Northwest A&F University in recent 5 years.Based on the analysis and the social demand suruey,a reform was carried out from several aspects,including estabishing precise target for talent cultivation,deepening the cultivating system of talent classification,perfecting theoretical courses and practise teaching system,and fostering students'practical and innovative ability.
