脱贫攻坚背景下高职院校对贫困大学生就业“精准帮扶”策略探析

Providing Precise Assistance for Poor College Student Employment under the Background of Poverty Alleviation

2020年是全面打赢脱贫攻坚战收官之年,在此背景下本文剖析了当前高职院校贫困大学生就业所面临的形势,分析了贫困大学生就业困难的原因,然后从就业帮扶队伍的建设、就业服务机制的实施、就业信息化平台搭建、就业指导体系的构建和就业主体部门的协同等五个方面,探索贫困大学生就业精准帮扶的新路径,从而发挥职业教育在精准扶贫中的关键作用,助力脱贫攻坚。

The fight against poverty in China will come to an end in 2020.In this context,this paper analyzes the current situation of poor college student employment in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the cause of poor college student employment difficulties,and then puts forward strategies for providing precise assistance for poor student employment from 5 aspects:the building of assistance team,the implementation of employment service mechanism,the establishing of employment information platform,the construction of employment guidance system and the coordination of main employment departments,etc.
