摘要
当前,网络自媒体成为大学生获取信息的重要渠道之一。在社交网络中,大学生存在法治素养缺失问题,集中体现为三对主要矛盾:资讯普及和认知缺失的矛盾、行为失范与教育缺失的矛盾、技术进步与观念薄弱的矛盾。对此,自媒体时代大学生法治素养的培育应从法治思维的培养、法治精神的感召、法治建设的成效引导三个方面着力,将法治素养内化于心,外化于行,知行合一。
At present,We media has become one of the important channels for college students to obtain information.In the social network,students’lack of legal literacy has come to attention.This essay points out the major problems in college students’cognition,behavior and ideology,and puts forward some measures for improving college students’legal literacy from three aspect:the training of legal thinking,responding to t he call of legal spirit and the governance by law.
