经济下行背景下高职学生就业策略初探

A Preliminary Study on Employment Strategies of Vocational Studentsunder the Background of Economic Downturn——A Case Study of Business and Trade Students in Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology

受“新冠肺炎”疫情影响,全球经济下行,大量企业正常经营受到巨大影响,或纷纷裁员或停止招聘,这些都加大了今年应届毕业生的就业压力。高职毕业生在就业市场中学历不占优势的情况下如何快速找准定位并高效就业,是当前各个高职院校面临并亟待解决的问题。本文提出高职院校应从积极响应政策号召、转变学生就业观念、企业培训前移进校、加强网络信息化招聘背景下的就业指导、高效进行精准就业帮扶等五个方面做出应对。

Global economy is declining because of COVID-19,which poses significant impact on normal operation of many companies and results in massive redundancy,thus great pressure has been brought to employment of college graduates,especially students graduated from vocational colleges.This essay proposes that vocational colleges should respond in 5 areas:responding to policy calls actively,changing students’employment expectation,moving enterprise training forward to school,strengthening employment guidance under the background of on-line recruitment,and providing assistance for students employment accurately and effectively.
