摘要
有效产出对于印染企业来说具有重大意义,以泉州海天染整有限公司的实际生产为例,针对其主要产品摇粒绒布,基于约束理论(TOC),从产销协调、生产优先级、关键工序负荷监控、紧急订单处理等模块的应用,对生产管理进行了优化,着眼于瓶颈工序的改善,从而增加整个生产系统的有效产能,提高了系统的有效产出。
Effective output is of great significance to enterprises.Taking the example of polar fleece production of Quan Zhou Hai Tian Dyeing and Finishing Corp.,Limited,based on TOC bottleneck theory,this paper optimizes the production management in terms of the production and marketing coordination,production priority,key process load monitoring and emergency order processing of module in order for the improvement of bottleneck processes and increasing the effective production capacity of the whole production system.
