摘要
纳米氧化锌原位改性涤纶属于一种新型抗菌涤纶,是未来的发展方向。文中主要通过染色温度、染浴pH值探讨染色条件对纳米氧化锌原位改性涤纶抗菌性能的影响。并分析了原位改性涤纶的染色性能。结果表明:纳米氧化锌原位改性涤纶在pH值为6,温度为120℃,染色时间为60 min的常规涤纶染色条件下,依然具有较好的抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均超过90.00%,经水洗50次后对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为81.01%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为79.11%。在该条件下染色,其耐皂洗色牢度均为4~5级。
In-situ modified polyester with nano-zinc oxide is a kind of new anti-bacterial fiber,which is the future development direction.In this paper,the effect of dyeing conditions,such as temperature and pH value on the anti-bacterial property of the modified polyester was discussed in detail.The result shows that the modified polyester has perfect antibacterial property under the normal dyeing conditions of pH Value of 6,120 ℃ and 60 minutes.The anti-bacterial rate against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus exceeds 90.00%.After 50 times of washing,the anti-bacterial rate against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is still kept by 81.01% and 79.11%respectively.Under the dyeing conditions,the color fastness to soaping is grade 4〜5.
