摘要
《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》实施标志我国开始进入强制垃圾分类回收时代。聚酯纤维占纺织品原料的70%,对废旧聚酯纤维进行分离再生是实现废旧纺织品分类回收的关键,也是我国实现垃圾分类回收的重要技术之一。文中从我国的废旧聚酯纤维回收现状及政策法规出发,结合现有回收技术特点和国外技术应用情况,着重阐述了我国科研工作者在乙二醇醇解、水解、溶剂溶解、离子液体溶解等回收废旧聚酯纤维技术上的研究成果。旨在推动我国废旧聚酯纤维回收,为实现全面可持续发展提供参考借鉴。
The implementation of‘The regulations of Shanghai municipal government on the management of household garbage'marks that China has entered the era of garbage classification and recycling.Polyester fiber accounts for 70% of textile raw materials.Recycling waste polyester fiber is the key to realize waste textile recycling,and it is also one of the important technologies to realize waste classification and recycling in China.This paper starts from the status quo and policies of waste polyester fiber recycling in China,and combining with the characteristics of existing recycling technology and the application of foreign technology,describes the research achievements of Chinese researchers on the recovery of waste polyester fiber by glycol glycolysis,hydrolysis,solvent dissolution and ionic liquid dissolution.The purpose of this paper is to promote the recycling of waste polyester fiber in China and to provide references for comprehensive and sustainable development.
