太极石纤维中硅、钛、铝含量测试

摘要 利用微波消解技术对太极石纤维进行预处理,以浓硝酸、氢氟酸、一级水为消解液,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定其硅、钛、铝含量。通过对微波条件、消解体系、称样量的研究,分析微波消解的最佳条件。结果表明,称取0.2g太极石纤维样品,在消解体系中加入一级水,消解温度210℃;保持20min后升温至220℃保持10min的条件下,消解效果最佳,可满足相关纺织行业检测的快速分析要求。 The contents of silicon,titanium and aluminum were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)using concentrated nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and primary water as digestion solution.Through the study of microwave conditions,digestion system and sample weight,the optimum conditions of microwave digestion were analyzed.The results showed that 0.2 g TAI CHI stone fiber sample was weighed,first order water was added into the digestion system,and the digestion temperature was kept at 210 ℃ for 20 minutes and then heated to 220 ℃ for 10 minutes.The digestion effect was the best,which could meet the requirements of rapid analysis in relevant textile industry.
