摘要
为研究红米红色素在棉/亚麻面料染色及抗氧化整理中的应用,以乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,微波辅助提取该色素。通过正交试验得到较优提取工艺如下:微波功率400 W,以体积分数80%的乙醇溶液作为提取溶剂,料液比为1:20,连续提取120s。在此基础上进一步得到阳离子改性棉/亚麻面料直接.上染该色素的较优工艺:色素质量浓度40g/L,pH为5,在80C下上染75min。染色棉/亚麻面料的K/S值较高,染色牢度可满足穿着要求。采用后媒染色可提升面料染色K/S值和色牢度。棉/亚麻面料因上染红米红色素表现出一定的抗氧化效果。
In order to study the application of red rice pigment in cotton/linen fabric dyeing and anti-oxidation finishing,ethanol solution is used as the extraction solvent and microwave-assisted extraction of the pigment.An optimal extraction process is obtained through orthogonal experiment:microwave power is 400 W,ethanol solution of 80%is used as the extraction solvent,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:20,and the pigment is continuously extracted for 120 s.On this basis,an optimum process for dyeing of cationic modified cotton/ramie fabric directly with red rice pigment is obtained:the pigment concentration 40 g/L,pH value 5,and directly dyeing at 80 C for 75 min.At this.time,the K/S value of dyed cotton/linen fabric is higher and the dyeing fastness could meet the wearing requirements.The K/S value and fastness of the dyeing could be improved by using the post-medium dyeing process.At the same time,cotton/linen fabric dyeings with red rice pigment also show certain antioxidant effect.
