摘要
为定量化研究全自动筒子纱印染线染缸利用率较低的问题,实地调研后基于Unity3D引擎开发了生产线仿真系统,并通过理论推导验证了仿真结果的准确性。对生产线印染阶段影响染缸利用率的因素设计了正交试验,得出影响染缸利用率的最敏感因素为配色时间。在此基础上利用控制变量法对天轨机器人速度和配色时间分别进行了试验,结论是:配色时间减少百分比与染缸利用率的关系式为y=-0.0387x^4+0.2087x^3-0.4228x^2+0.415x+0.5259;天轨机器人速度达到1.6 m/s后再提高速度对染缸利用率的影响较小。
In order to quantitatively study the low utilization rate of the dyeing tank of automatic bobbin yarn printing and dyeing production line,a production line simulation system is developed based on the Unity3D engine after field investigation,and the accuracy of the simulation results is verified through theoretical derivation.The orthogonal test is designed for the factors affecting the utilization of the dyeing tank during the printing and dyeing stage of the production line,and the results show that the most sensitive factor affecting the utilization of the dyeing tank is the color matching time.Based on this,the speed of the sky rail robot and color matching time are tested by using the control variable method.The conclusion is that the relationship formula between the percentage reduction of color matching time and the utilization of dyeing vat is=-0.0387x^4+0.2087x^3-0.4228x^2+0.415x+0.5259,and the utilization has less influence while the speed is increased after the speed of the sky rail robol reached 1.6 m/s.
