带有丢失数据补偿的高速公路入口匝道MFAC方案 被引量:1

A MFAC Scheme with Dropout Data Compensation for Expressway On-ramp

摘要 在智能交通控制中,数据丢失会造成道路使用效率降低、道路交通拥堵等现象,导致道路的控制效果降低。针对高速公路入口匝道控制中由于车辆密度数据丢失所造成的交通拥堵问题,提出了高速公路入口匝道数据补偿的MFAC方案。首先,在考虑到高速公路入口匝道控制中的建模难、建模不精确等问题的前提下,将无模型自适应控制(MFAC)应用于宏观交通流模型,对于高速公路入口匝道控制中的车辆密度数据丢失问题,通过伯努利分布来描述高速公路车辆密度数据的丢失率,以0-1定义车辆密度数据的丢失情况,即车辆密度数据丢失记为0,车辆密度数据未丢失记为1。然后,通过历史车辆密度、伪梯度估计值、入口匝道流量等数据来构建补偿方程,基于补偿方程对在高速公路入口匝道控制中丢失车辆密度的数据进行实时补偿,提出带有车辆密度数据丢失补偿的高速公路入口匝道MFAC方案。MATLAB仿真结果表明,当高速公路入口匝道控制系统出现车辆密度数据丢失的情况下,带有丢失数据补偿的MFAC方案的控制效果明显优于传统的MFAC方案,且在仿真验证中分别设置了70%和80%的数据丢失率来验证补偿算法的普遍性。结果表明,在高速公路入口匝道控制中当出现数据丢失的情况时,该方案能够对丢失的车辆密度数据进行有效的补偿。 In intelligent traffic control,data dropout will lead to the decrease of road use efficiency,road traffic congestion and other phenomena,leading to reduction in road control effectiveness.In view of the traffic congestion caused by vehicle density data dropout in expressway on-ramp control,the MFAC scheme for expressway on-ramp data compensation is proposed.First,on the premise of considering the modeling difficulty and imprecision in the expressway on-ramp control,the MFAC is applied to the macro traffic flow model.For the vehicle density data dropout in the on-ramp control,the dropout rate of the vehicle density data is described by Bernoulli distribution,and the dropout of vehicle density data is defined as 0-1,i.e.,the dropout of the vehicle density data is recorded as 0,the non-dropout of the vehicle intensity data is recorded as 1.Then,the compensation equation is constructed based on the data such as historical vehicle density,pseudo-gradient estimation,on-ramp flow and so on.The dropout density data in expressway on-ramp control is real-time compensated,and the MFAC scheme of the on-ramp ramp with vehicle density data loss compensation is proposed based on the compensation equation,and the MFAC scheme for expressway on-ramp with vehicle density data loss compensation is proposed.The MATLAB simulation result shows that(1)when the vehicle density data dropout occurs in the expressway on-ramp control system,the control effect of the MFAC with dropout data compensation is significantly better than that of traditional MFAC scheme,and 70%and 80%of the data are set respectively in the simulation verification to verify the universality of the compensation algorithm.The result shows that the scheme can effectively compensate the dropout vehicle density data when dropout data occurs during expressway on-ramp control.
