摘要
教师学习逐渐成为教师教育领域中的热点研究内容,其发展和成熟得益于长期以来跨领域和跨学科的多种研究成果的载入,其中学习科学因其对学习概念、内涵、过程和环境的理论解读和实证解释逐渐被教师教育研究者关注。本文在学习科学视角下探讨教师学习研究的理论背景以及教师学习内容、学习过程和学习方法,以期为教师学习项目以及围绕该领域的研究提供思路和理论支持。
Among studies on teacher education,teacher learning is gradually becoming a hot topic;thanks to its theoretical interpretation and exemplary explanation of concept,connotation,process and context of learning,learning science is acquiring more and more attention from teacher learning researchers.Interdisciplinary research achievements are beneficial to the development and maturity of studies on teacher learning.This paper is to exploit theoretical context of studies on teacher learning,and content,process and methods of teacher learning in order to provide mentality and theoretical support for teacher learning projects and studies in the future.
