陕西省小学科学教师专业素养现状调查及对策研究 被引量:1

Primary School Science Teachers’Professional Quality in Shaanxi Province Status Quo and Countermeasures

摘要 2017年2月,教育部颁布《义务教育小学科学课程标准》,明确将小学科学课程起始年级调整为一年级,对小学科学课程实施以及科学教师提出新要求。本研究针对2017年版《课标》实施两年来陕西省小学科学教师队伍现状进行实证调查与对策研究,针对存在的问题提出:1)小学科学教师数量缺口较大,亟待建设一支专职科学教师队伍;2)通过外培内引提高小学科学教师的专业素养;3)师范院校调整或增设科学教育专业,逐步加大小学科学教师的培养规模。 Compulsory Education Primary School Science Curriculum Standards(2017)adjusts the beginning of science curriculum to grade one and puts up new requirements to the implementation of the curriculum and of the science teachers.Targeting at the team of primary school science teachers in Shaanxi Province,the paper makes an exemplary investigation and provides countermeasures after the 2-year implementation of Curriculum Standards.The countermeasures consist of:1)the quantity of primary school science teachers is inadequate,and it is an urge to build a professional team of science teachers;2)to improve the professional quality of primary school science teachers through external training and internal introduction;3)normal universities should adjust or increase science education major,gradually extending the scale of primary school science teacher’s cultivation.
