国外教师非正式在线社区建设经验探究 被引量:1

The Experience of Overseas Construction of Informal Online Community of Teachers

摘要 当下,非正式在线社区已成为国内外教师专业发展的重要平台,其在多维交流、默会学习、知识互动等方面发挥着重要作用。但在发展的过程中也容易出现交流肤浅化、参与消极化和发展断续化等诸多问题。深层剖析可知,成员之间缺乏相互理解,管理员等人缺乏积极引领与有效维护以及一些成员存在技术短板是问题出现的主要原因。对此可以通过强化管理员等人使命,运用多种组合工具,鼓励思想冒险和赞赏多维探讨等机制来改善交流肤浅化问题;通过增加感情支持,默许异步参与、匿名参与,选择合适工具来改善参与消极化问题;通过分享领导权力,提供导航服务,保持社区温度,寻找共同话题,开展混合互动来矫正发展断续化问题。 Contemporarily,informal online community has become a vital platform for teachers professional development at home and abroad;and the community plays an important role in multidimensional communication,tacit learning,and knowledge exchange.However,many problems still exist in its development,including superficiality of communication,passive participation,and intermittent development.Analysis indicates that main reasons comes from deficiency of comprehension among members,lack of guidance and maintenance from administrators,and members’technical obstacles.To this point,the problem of superficial communication can be solved through strengthening administrators’sense of mission,adopting combination of various tools,encouraging adventurous thinking and appreciating multidimensional investigation.Meanwhile,the problem of passive participation can be improved through increasing sentimental support,acquiescing anonymous participation and selecting suitable tools.And the problem of intermittent development can be corrected by sharing leader’s power,providing guidance service,maintaining community warmth,and carrying out interaction.
