摘要
呼吸道感染在世界范围内造成巨大的医疗负担,导致呼吸道感染的病原非常多,快速准确判断感染病原对有效地预防控制及临床诊治至关重要。高通量测序及病毒宏基因组学技术近年来不断发展并越来越多地用于呼吸道感染的临床诊断及研究中。本文就呼吸道感染样本病毒宏基因组学技术(呼吸道感染样本前处理、高通量测序文库的准备、测序数据处理方法)及其应用进展进行简要的综述。
Respiratory-tract infections(RTIs)can place enormous burdens on healthcare systems worldwide.RTIs can be caused by a large number of pathogens.It is essential to identify the causal pathogens rapidly and accurately for effective prevention,control,clinical diagnosis and treatment.High-throughput sequencing technology in recent year and is being used increasingly for viral metagenomic studies of RTIs.Here,we review progress on viral metagenomics for samples from patients suffering from RTIs(sample pretreatment,preparation of sequencing libraries,processing of sequencing data)and application of viral metagenomics.
