基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗糖尿病腹泻用药规律

Analysis of the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Diabetic Diarrhea Based on Data Mining

目的运用中医传承辅助平台软件,分析探讨中国知网(CNKI)中以中医药治疗糖尿病腹泻的用药规律。方法收集CNKI中运用中药方剂治疗糖尿病腹泻的文献,构建方剂数据库。通过数据挖掘,对方剂进行组方用药规律分析。结果最终筛选治疗糖尿病腹泻方剂103首,涉及中药98种。高频药物有白术、山药、茯苓、党参、黄芪等;药性以温性、平性、寒性为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;主归脾经、胃经、肺经、肾经。根据药物关联规则演化得到核心组合10个,新处方5首。结论中医药治疗糖尿病腹泻以健脾益气、温肾固精、化湿止泻为主,为临床应用和寻找新靶点提供参考依据。

Objective Based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform,analyzing the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for diabetic diarrhea in the full-text database of Chinese journals(CNKI).Methods Collected the literature on the treatment of diabetic diarrhea with TCM in CNKI to build prescription database.Through data mining,the prescription and drug use law of the prescription were analyzed.Results 103 prescriptions for diabetic diarrhea were selected,involving 98 kinds of TCM.High frequency drugs include Atractylodes macrocephala,yam,Poria cocos,Dangshen,Huangqi,etc.The main drug properties are warm,flat and cold.The main taste of medicine is sweet,bitter and pungent,mainly related to spleen,stomach,lung and kidney meridians.10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained according to the evolution of drug association rules.Conclusion The prescription function of treating diabetic diarrhea mainly was invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi,warming kidney and strengthening essence,resolving dampness and stopping diarrhea.To provide reference for clinical application and look for new targets.
