电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹研究进展

Advances in Electroacupuncture Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis

电针是指在针灸针上通上连续或断续的微量电流波而治疗疾病的一种临床治疗方法。电针具有重复性好、预后良好以及无不良反应等优势。特发性面神经麻痹又称面神经炎,是指茎乳突孔内急性非化脓性炎症引起的周围性面瘫,是一种最常见的面瘫。近年来电针在治疗特发性面神经麻痹方面效果确切。该文对电针的应用机制、应用时机、波形选择和不同方式配合电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果进行综述,为临床电针治疗特发性面神经麻痹提供更有效的治疗方案。

Electroacupuncture refers to a clinical treatment method for treating diseases by continuous or intermittent micro current waves on acupuncture needles.Electroacupuncture has good reproducibility,good prognosis and no adverse reactions.Idiopathic facial nerve palsy,also known as facial neuritis,refers to peripheral facial paralysis caused by acute non-suppurative inflammation in the foramen of the styloid mastoid.It is the most common type of facial paralysis.In recent years,electroacupuncture has been effective in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.In this paper,the application of electroacupuncture,application timing,waveform selection and different methods combined with electroacupuncture for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis are reviewed.It provides a more effective treatment for clinical electroacupuncture treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.
