Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture for Dysphagia After Stroke

脑卒中是危害老年人健康最常见疾病之一,随着老龄化进程的加快,脑卒中防治日显重要。脑卒中的后遗症众多,其中吞咽困难直接影响脑卒中患者的摄食,阻碍营养的自主摄入,导致食物误吸、饮水呛咳等系列问题,进而延缓康复。针刺因安全性高、不良反应小、疗效突出等优势,被广泛运用于脑卒中后吞咽困难的康复治疗,但临床针刺方法颇多,疗效各异,给医生在针刺方法的选择上造成一定困扰。因此,作者对近几年认可度较高的针刺方法进行归纳与总结,从3个方面(针刺疗法、针刺联合其他疗法、特色针刺疗法)进行阐述,试图为广大医者在脑卒中后吞咽困难针刺方法的选择上提供思路与参考。

Stroke is one of the most common diseases endangering the health of the elderly in China.With the speeding up of aging in our country,stroke prevention and control of more and more important.There are many sequelae of stroke,among which dysphagia directly affects the ingestion of stroke patients,hinders the voluntary intake of nutrition,leads to a series of problems such as food aspiration,drinking water choking and so on,and further delays the recovery.Acupuncture is widely used in the rehabilitation treatment of dysphagia after stroke due to its advantages such as high safety,small side effects and prominent curative effect.However,there are many clinical acupuncture methods with different curative effects,which cause some confusion to doctors in the selection of acupuncture methods.Therefore,the author summarized and summarized the acupuncture methods that have been highly recognized in recent years.This paper elaborated from three aspects(acupuncture therapy,acupuncture combined with other therapies,and characteristic acupuncture therapy),trying to provide ideas and references for the selection of acupuncture methods for patients with dysphagia after stroke.
