摘要
自噬作为一种新的程序性细胞死亡,在维持细胞内环境稳态中起着重要作用。目前研究发现自噬在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)发展过程中起重要作用,且与中医气血理论密切相关。中医药防治COPD的作用已被大量的临床试验和药理学研究证实,但细胞自噬的中医药干预研究尚处于细胞、动物等基础阶段,还需从基因及代谢水平深入探讨其作用机制。同时,如何利用中医药的双向调节作用干预自噬,已然成为COPD的研究热点。中医学认为COPD病理性质属本虚标实之证,多以气虚为本、瘀血为标。文章从气血理论探讨自噬微环境与COPD的相关性,挖掘中医药防治COPD的潜在新靶点,具有重大的临床意义和广泛的应用价值。
As a new type of programmed cell death,autophagy plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the intracellular environment.Current studies have found that autophagy plays an important role in the development of COPD and is closely related to the TCM Qi-blood theory.The role of TCM in the prevention and treatment of COPD has been confirmed by a large number of clinical trials and pharmacological studies,but the TCM intervention study of autophagy is still in the basic stage of cells and animals,and its mechanism of action needs to be further explored from the perspective of gene and metabolic levels.Meanwhile,how to intervene autophagy with the bidirectional regulation of traditional Chinese medicine has become a research hotspot of COPD.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathological nature of COPD is evidence of the deficiency of the standard,mostly based on Qi deficiency and blood stasis.This article explores the correlation between autophagy microenvironment and COPD from the theory of Qi and blood,and excavates potential new targets for the prevention and treatment of COPD in Chinese medicine,which has great clinical significance and wide application value.
