梅尼埃病中西医治疗进展

Progress in Treatment of Meniere’s Disease with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

梅尼埃病作为一种常见的耳源性眩晕疾病,发病机制尚未明确阐明,其主要病理改变为膜迷路积水,根据梅尼埃病的发作特点分为发作期与间歇期,发作期症状较典型,主要临床表现为反复发作性眩晕、伴恶心、呕吐等,多数同时伴波动性低频听力下降、耳鸣和耳闷胀感。梅尼埃病作为一种致残性疾病,其反复的发作的临床表现严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,随着中医药的快速发展,中西医结合治疗在治疗梅尼埃病发作期以及间歇期方面日益广泛且效果显著,故文章结合梅尼埃病的临床分期,从中西医对梅尼埃病的病因病机、临床表现以及发作期与间歇期的治疗等方面进行了综述。

As a common otogenic vertigo,the pathogenesis of Meniere’s disease has not been clearly elucidated.The main pathological change of Meniere’s disease is hydrops of membranous labyrinth.According to the characteristics of Meniere’s disease,Meniere’s disease can be divided into attack stage and intermittent stage,and its symptoms are typical.The main clinical manifestations are recurrent paroxysmal vertigo,nausea,vomiting,etc.,and most of them are accompanied by fluctuating low-frequency hearing loss,tinnitus and ear puffy sensation.As a crippling disease,the recurrent clinical manifestations of Meniere’s disease seriously affect the quality of life of patients.At present,with the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is becoming more and more extensive and effective in the treatment of Meniere’s disease.Therefore,combined with the clinical stage of Meniere’s disease,this paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and treatment of Meniere’s disease from the aspects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
