摘要 创新驱动发展战略倡议下,实施创新驱动发展成为建筑业全行业的广泛共识。为了更好地促进创新驱动发展战略的落地实施,根据结果导向管理原则对国内外建筑业创新驱动发展的研究文献从影响因素、绩效评估和路径建议三方面进行综述。结果显示当前研究主要聚焦在国别、行业、区域等宏观、中观层面上,基于此所提出的路径建议普遍过于宏大,尚需在企业微观层面进一步解码、细化。同时,针对被忽视的企业经济类型、移民(农民工)等关键影响因素,提出了未来要结合这些因素开展协同化评估以探索更具适用性与针对性的创新驱动发展实施路径的研究建议。 Under the initiative of innovation-driven development strategy,the implementation of which has become a broad consensus in construction industry.To promote this strategy better,a literature review in domestic and international fields of innovation-driven development in construction industry is conducted from three aspects:the influencing factors,the performance evaluation and the path proposal according to the principle of results-oriented management.The results show that the current research mainly focuses on the macro and meso levels such asthe country,industry and region level.It is too general to propose the path suggestions based on these levels,which therefore need to be further decoded and refined at the micro level of enterprises.Meanwhile,according to the neglected crucial influencing factors such as economic types of enterprises and rural migrant workers in cities,this paper puts forward some suggestions for future research,namely with considering these ignored important factors,carrying out coordinated performance assessment to explore more suitable and targeted innovation-driven development paths.
