摘要
在调查分析临安经济开发区中部地区青山湖科技城区域现有能源结构的基础上,根据区域总规详细分析了区域供冷供热需求,选定各能源站供能范围、最优技术路线、站房选点,分析能源站所需资源条件,计算能源规划对区域范围的综合效益。综合能源规划提升了区块内的整体用能品质和效率,产生显著的节能、环保、节地的综合效益;大力推动了区域能源系统的应用,为建设真正意义上的"新型低碳产业园区"提供了重要的技术支撑。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing energy structure of Qingshanhu Sci-tech City located in the central region of Linan Economic Development Zone,this research analyzed the regional cooling and heating demands,selected the energy station power range and the optimal technical route,located the site of stations,analyzed the resource conditions required by the energy stations,calculated the comprehensive regional benefits of energy planning.The comprehensive energy planning improves the overall energy use quality and efficiency in the block,and produces remarkable comprehensive benefits in energy saving,environmental protection and land saving.It vigorously promotes the application of regional energy system and provides important technical support for the construction of"new low-carbon industrial park".
