基于智能辅控的变电站无人巡检技术研究及应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对目前变电站辅控装置子系统间联动不足、无人值守变电站故障发现不及时的问题,研究并设计了一种新型变电站辅控系统,通过驱动化设计,实现各辅控装置的统一连接;通过视频联动设计,当电气量或者环境量变化异常时,辅控系统联动视频控制装置及时调取故障点视频,实现快速故障定位;同时利用图形处理技术结合SCADA数据对关键设备的运行状态进行了识别,最终形成利用智能辅控设施完成变电站无人巡检的方案,促进了智能辅控系统与变电站巡检技术的结合以及智能化技术在电网中的应用。 In view of the problems of insufficient linkage between sub-systems of substation auxiliary control device and unattended substation fault not being found in time,a new substation auxiliary control system is studied and designed to realize unified connection of all auxiliary control devices through the driving design.Through the video linkage design,in the case of the unusual changes of electric power or environment,the auxiliary control system links with the video control device to achieve the timely access to the fault point video and realize the fast fault location;At the same time,graphics processing technology and SCADA data were used to identify the operation state of key equipments,and finally formulate a scheme of unmanned substation patrol inspection by using intelligent auxiliary control facilities,which promotes the combination of intelligent auxiliary control system and substation patrol inspection technology as well as the application of intelligent technology in power grid.
