介绍了新型自动压接装置的研究背景及其结构原理和主要功能参数,通过630/45导线的自动压接,同时对新型自动压接设备压接的成品进行了握力试验,验证此装置自动压接的功能及效果。最后将新型自动压接装置与手动压接进行了对比,得出其优劣性。

This paper introduces the research background,structure principle and main function parameters of the new automatic crimping device.Through the automatic crimping of 630/45 wire,and the grip strength testing of the finished product of the new automatic crimping device,it verifies the function and effect of the automatic crimping device.Finally,the new automatic crimping device is compared with manual crimping device to analyze its advantages and disadvantages.
