In 2019,State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)issued The Notice of Further Strict Control of Grid Investment,which stipulates that the company"shall not carry out the construction of electrochemical energy storage facilities on the grid side by means of investment,lease or contract energy management,and shall not arrange new projects of pumped storage".This document impacts greatly on the layout of grid side energy storage.At the same time,the unexpected reduction of peak valley price difference caused by the electricity reform policy is also shaking the foundation of the load side energy storage business model.Although the fire storage market and new energy+energy storage market on the generator side are active,they still face risks and development constraints.At present,the energy storage market seems to encounter development resistance in all aspects,which makes the development direction of the energy storage market become confusing.This paper analyzes the development and relevant policies of energy storage market on generator side,grid side and load side in recent years,thus pointing out the future development direction of energy storage market.
