全球新冠肺炎疫情时期的核安全监管

摘要 面对全球新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情大流行带来的挑战,各国核安全监管机构及核电运营商采取了各种措施,努力确保全球核设施的安全和安保。本文介绍了新冠肺炎疫情在几个方面对全球核能的影响,结合主要国际核能组织以及国家监管机构为应对疫情开展的行动,简要分析了监管机构应对疫情的工作重点,并对未来后疫情时期监管机构保证核电安全提出了些许建议。 Faced with the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic,the nuclear safety regulatory authorities and nuclear operators have taken various measures to ensure the safety and security of nuclear facilities around the world.This paper introduces the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global nuclear energy in several aspects,and briefly analyzes the work priorities of regulatory agencies to deal with the epidemic combined with the actions of major international nuclear energy organizations and national regulatory agencies in response to the outbreak,and puts forward some suggestions for the regulatory bodies to ensure the safety of nuclear power in the post-pandemic era.
