摘要
高压空压机在核电站中为执行安全相关的系统提供气源,是保证核电站安全运行的重要设备。因单机组设置单台高压空压机,所以,高压空压机的运行状态和健康状态尤为重要。为了提高高压空压机的安全运行水平,本文对某核电站的高压空压机发生的一次高温报警停机故障进行研究,分析高压空压机正常运行数据和故障发生前后的数据,初步判断故障点,结合检修过程中各零部件的问题,综合考察高压空压机运行环境,找出产生故障的直接原因和根本原因,并给出故障维修处理方案和处理结论。
High pressure air compressor provides compressed air for the system which performs safety-related functions,so it is an important equipment to ensure safe operation of nuclear power plant.Due to each unit installs a high pressure air compressor,therefore,the running state and health state of high pressure air compressor is particularly important.In order to improve the safe operation level of the highpressure air compressor,this paper studies the hightemperature alarm shutdown failure of the high pressure air compressor in a nuclear power plant.It analyzes the normal operation data of the high pressure air compressor and the data before and after the failure,and preliminarily judges the fault point.Combined with the problems of each part in the maintenance process,and comprehensively investigates the operation environment of the highpressure air compressor,the direct cause and root cause of the fault are found out,and the maintenance and treatment scheme and conclusion of the fault are given.
