皖东民俗符号在城市道路导视系统设计中的应用

Application of Folk Symbols in East Anhui in the Design of Urban Road Guidance System

本文探究皖东民俗符号在城市道路导视系统设计中的创新应用。以皖东地区民俗文化符号的演变特征为切入点,运用比较研究方法,梳理考证皖东地区具有代表性的3种民俗形式中9种符号的"原型",提取火焰、水波、回形3种民俗符号,并结合实例论述其分别在公交站牌、路标、指示牌3种城市道路导视设计中的全新应用方式。将皖东民俗符号应用在城市道路导视系统设计中,可以充分发挥皖东地区民俗的文化价值、精神价值、艺术价值,加强人们对本土文化的认同感和归属感,继承弘扬民族传统文化。同时,探寻民俗符号与现代设计相结合的契合点,为导视系统设计提供可借鉴的思路与方法,进一步提升城市道路导视规划建设的文化性、设计性、形象性。

The paper explores the innovative application of eastern Anhui folk custom symbols in the design of urban road guidance systems.Taking the evolution characteristics of the folk cultural symbols in the eastern Anhui region as the starting point,it uses comparative research methods to combine and verify the prototype of nine symbols in the three representative folk customs in the eastern Anhui region,extracting three types of fl ames,water waves and shapes.The paper discusses their new application methods in three types of urban road guidance:bus stop signs,road signs and signs.Such design can give full play to the cultural,spiritual,and artistic values of folk customs in East Anhui,strengthen people's sense of identity and belonging to local culture,and carry forward and promote national traditional culture.At the same time,the combination of the folk symbols and modern design fi nds a new point of contact,which provides reference ideas and methods for the guidance system design,and further enhances the cultural,design,and imagery of the urban road guidance planning and construction.
