基于宽负荷调峰技术的电网频率弹性提升方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 伴随着风能、潮汐能、太阳能、地热能等可再生能源发电技术的显著提升,可再生能源发电在电网中的渗透比例逐步提高。然而,由于可再生能源固有的随机特性和间歇特性在加剧电网频率波动的同时增加了电网的脆弱性,因此其大规模并网受到限制。为改善电网频率弹性,针对超超临界燃煤机组协同控制系统提出了一种预设收敛时间的自适应控制算法,实现了机组宽负荷快速调峰。仿真对比结果验证了机组输出功率在有干扰的情况下能够快速响应调峰指令,电网频率弹性得到有效提升。 With the enhancement of generation technologies of renewables such as wind energy,tidal energy,solar energy and geothermal energy,the penetration ratio of renewable energy power generation in the power grid is increasing.However,the large-scale integration of renewables not only increases grid frequency fluctuation but makes the grid more vulnerable,constraining its large-scale grid integration.To improve the frequency resiliency of the power grid,an adaptive control algorithm with preset convergence time is proposed for the cooperative control system of the ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit to achieve fast wide load regulation of units.The simulation and comparison results show that the output power of the unit can respond to the peak regulation command quickly under interference,and the frequency resiliency of the power grid can be improved effectively.
