掺烧高岭土对CFB锅炉高温受热面沉积和腐蚀特性影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对生物质锅炉高温受热面碱金属氯盐腐蚀问题,尝试采用添加高岭土来抑制受热面沉积和腐蚀,在生物质CFB(循环流化床)锅炉高温受热面区域进行控温探枪试验,采集沉积样品,通过SEM(扫描电镜)、XRD(X-射线衍射)等分析手段对高温受热面沉积形成的动态过程进行分析,研究高岭土抑制沉积和腐蚀的效果。结果表明,加入高岭土的试验中,沉积生长和结构发生了明显变化,对高温受热面碱金属氯腐蚀具有明显的抑制效果。 In view of alkali metal chlorate corrosion on the high-temperature surface of the biomass-fired boiler,deposition and corrosion on heating surface were suppressed by kaolinite addition.Probe test was performed on heating surface of biomass-fired CFB(circulating fluidized bed)boiler to gather deposition samples,and the dynamic process of deposition formation on the heating surface was analyzed by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and XRD(X-ray diffraction),etc.to study the decomposition and corrosion suppression effect of kaolinite.The result shows that the decomposition growth and structure changed significantly with the addition of kaolinite,which can suppress alkali metal chlorate corrosion on the high-temperature surface of the biomass-fired boiler.
