广西贫困地区公共文化服务体系建设研究

On the Construction of Public Cultural Service System in Poverty-stricken Areas of Guangxi

贫困地区公共文化服务体系的建设水平,是衡量贫困地区社会发展的重要指标之一。广西作为典型的“老、少、边、山”贫困地区,公共文化服务体系建设面临着发展不均衡、群众参与程度不高、建设进程缓慢等问题。要加快广西贫困地区公共文化服务体系建设,必须进一步完善设施网络,提升群众参与度,加大财政投入,加强文化帮扶。

The construction level of public cultural service system in poverty-stricken areas is one of the important indexes to measure the social development in poverty-stricken areas. Guangxi, as a typical poverty-stricken area, its construction of public cultural service system is faced with many problems such as unbalanced development, low degree of public participation, slow construction process and so on. To speed up the construction of public cultural service system in poverty-stricken areas of Guangxi, measurements must be taken to further improve the network of facilities, increase public participation and the financial input, and strengthen the cultural support.
