阐述大数据技术在客服业务中的意义,客户服务工作中存在的主要问题,大数据技术在提升客服业务的应用,从而根据实际情况满足不同客户的需求。
This paper describes the significance of big data technology in customer service business, the main problems existing in customer service work, and the application of big data technology in improving customer service business, so as to meet the needs of different customers according to the actual situation.
