摘要
阐述地铁供电系统,分析供电系统安装工程施工中出现的典型管理问题,包括施工组织、过程管理与控制、技术管理、BIM在施工中的应用,提出了加强施工管理的策略。
This paper describes the subway power supply system, analyzes the typical management problems in the construction of power supply system installation engineering, including construction organization, process management and control, technical management, the application of Bim in construction, and puts forward the strategy of strengthening construction management.
