摘要
阐述太阳能电池特点,钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池的工作原理和制作工艺,钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池的原位接触钝化方法,能够有效提升电池稳定性和重复性,修复钙钛矿薄膜的缺陷,提升光电转化效率。
This paper describes the characteristics of solar cells, the working principle and manufacturing process of Perovskite Thin film solar cells, and the in-situ contact passivation method of Perovskite Thin film solar cells, which can effectively improve the stability and repeatability of the cells, repair the defects of Perovskite Thin Films, and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
