阐述电力物联网与呼叫中心的作用。基于为企业和客户都创造价值,电力行业对电力客户建设服务平台,分析电力行业呼叫中心全渠道融合运营服务策略具有非常重要的意义。
This paper describes the role of power Internet of things and call center. Based on creating value for both enterprises and customers, it is of great significance for the power industry to build a service platform for power customers, and to analyze the omni-channel integrated operation service strategy of power industry call center.
