摘要
对三组不同防老剂进行溶解及聚合终止实验,研究了不同防老剂对生胶、混炼胶防老化性能的影响。结果表明,防老剂(1076+1520)耐热氧老化的时间长,稳定性长久,在生胶及混炼胶中防老化效果明显,用量少可降低生产成本、降低生产劳动强度,为酚类防老剂在异戊橡胶装置应用提供了数据支持。
The dissolution and polymerization termination experiments of three groups of different antioxidants were carried out,and the effects of different antioxidants on the anti-aging properties of raw rubber and compound rubber were studied.The results showed that the antioxidant(1076+1520)had a long time of heat and oxygen aging and long stability,and had obvious anti-aging effect in raw rubber and compound rubber.Less dosage of antioxidant could reduce the production cost and labor intensity,which provided data support for the application of phenolic antioxidant in isoprene rubber plant.
