摘要 火电厂锅炉燃烧温度场测量对于电厂安全和节能减排有重要意义。发展了基于单谱线的激光吸收光谱温度测量方法,以燃烧最普遍产物之一的二氧化碳气体为检测目标,选取其位于2003 nm处的吸收谱线,用高斯函数和洛伦兹函数的直接加权求和代替卷积求解福伊特线形,从而解析气体的温度、浓度、压力等信息。仿真结果表明,测量的谱线信噪比大于30时,温度的测量误差最大不超过3%。燃气锅炉温度场测量实验结果表明,该方法与热电偶测量的结果一致,且简单实用,可推广至其他燃烧场的诊断应用。 The measurement of boiler combustion temperature field in thermal power plant is of great significance for power plant safety,energy saving and emission reduction.The temperature measurement method of laser absorption spectrum based on single spectral line is developed.Taking carbon dioxide,one of the most common products of combustion,as the detection target,the absorption spectrum line located at 2003 nm is selected.The direct weighted summation of Gaussian function and Lorentz function is used to solve the Voith profile instead of convolution,so as to analyze the gas temperature,concentration,pressure and other information.The simulation results show that the maximum error of temperature measurement is less than 3%when the signal-to-noise ratio is greater than 30.The experimental results of temperature field measurement of gas-fired boiler show that the method is consistent with that of thermocouple measurement,and it is simple and practical,and can be extended to other combustion field diagnosis applications.
