Analysis of ferrous sulfide content in crude gas pipeline scale sample

根据污垢外观和管道材质判别垢样主要成分为硫化亚铁(FeS)。通过压片法制样,采用X射线荧光光谱法证实主要成分确实为铁和硫,借鉴行业标准测定方法,针对样品特性,通过改变吸收液用量,测定了粗煤气管道污垢中FeS的含量。

According to the appearance of the dirt and the material of the pipe,the main component of the scale is ferrous sulfide(FeS).The main components were iron and sulfur by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The content of FeS in the dirt of raw gas pipeline was determined by changing the amount of absorption liquid according to the characteristics of the sample and referring to the industry standard determination method.
