摘要
快速、准确分析铬镍生铁中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、铬、镍、铜8种元素的含量,对提高炼钢冶炼水平以及缩短周期有着重要意义。通过优化仪器工作条件,利用购买的标准样品和准确定值的生产样品,绘制工作曲线,从而建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定铬镍生铁中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、铬、镍、铜8种元素含量的分析方法。按照实验方法,对实际生产试样进行精密度实验考察,各组分测定结果的相对标准偏差0.02%~2.30%;准确度验证结果表明,本实验方法的检测结果与高频感应红外线吸法以及火花源原子发射光谱法分析结果一致。该方法分析速度快,结果准确可靠,能够满足实际生产需求。
Rapid and accurate analysis of the contents of carbon,silicon,manganese,phosphorus,sulfur,chromium,nickel and copper in chromium nickel pig iron is of great significance for improving the level of steelmaking and shortening the cycle.By optimizing the working conditions of the instrument and drawing the working curve by using the purchased standard samples and production samples with quasi definite values,an analytical method for the determination of eight elements in chromium nickel pig iron by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established.According to the experimental method,the precision of the actual production samples was investigated,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results of each component was 0.02%~2.30%.The accuracy verification results showed that the detection results of this experimental method were consistent with those of high frequency induction infrared absorption method and spark source atomic emission spectrometry.This method has the advantages of fast analysis speed,accurate and reliable results,and can meet the actual production requirements.
