摘要
煤质分析是煤化工生产的核心,直接决定了煤化工生产的质量和经济性,针对目前煤质分析采用人工化学检测方法所存在的检测周期长、检测结果偏差大的现状,提出了一种基于光谱分析的自动煤质分析技术,利用激光发生器向待测煤炭发出检测光谱,根据不同元素的光谱吸收率不同,通过偏最小二乘法来进行分析,获取煤质内的水分、元素、挥发分等指标。根据实际应用表明该新的煤质分析技术,能够将煤质分析时间降低90%以上,显著提升检测效率和精度。
Coal quality analysis is the core of coal chemical production,which directly determines the quality and economy of coal chemical production.In view of the current situation of long detection period and large deviation of detection results existing in artificial chemical detection method for coal quality analysis,an automatic coal quality analysis technology based on spectral analysis is proposed,which uses laser generator to send detection spectrum to the coal to be measured.According to the different spectral absorptivity of different elements,the partial least squares method is used to analyze the moisture,elements and volatile components of coal.The practical application shows that the new coal quality analysis technology can reduce the coal quality analysis time by more than 90%,and significantly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
