摘要
为精确获取煤炭的发热量值,在分析发热量定义及相关测量设备的基础上,研究了影响发热量测定精度的因素,并以5E-KC自动量热仪为核心搭建实验平台,对环境温度和测定次数对煤炭发热量的影响特性进行定量分析,为后续保证煤炭发热量的测定精度奠定基础。
In order to accurately obtain the calorific value of coal,based on the analysis of the definition of calorific value and related measuring equipment,the factors affecting the accuracy of calorific value measurement were studied,and an experimental platform was built with 5E-KC automatic calorimeter as the core.The influence characteristics of environmental temperature and measurement times on coal calorific value were quantitatively analyzed,which laid a foundation for the subsequent determination accuracy of coal calorific value.
